Dr. Olivia Collier, D.M.D

Dr. Olivia Collier, DMD, a fun-loving, professional and dedicated dentist prides herself in providing quality dentistry to all of her patients. We take that extra step to provide education and make the dental visit enjoyable.

My philosophy is that prevention is the key to developing healthy teeth and gums.

Olivia grew up in the Northwest. She loves the outdoors and rewards herself on her days off with activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, and boating. Her approach to dentistry is one of compassion and professionalism. She takes time to have fun and laughs every chance she gets with her patients and staff.

Her professional goals are to provide excellent dentistry in an environment that is caring and fun. She started out in dentistry as a dental hygienist. Her love of the field drove her to continue her dental education to become a dentist." It’s a blessing that I truly love my job." Olivia graduated in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Oregon Health Sciences University.
She continued her education at Oregon Health Sciences University, graduating in 2004 with a Doctorate in Dentistry.

While attending the University, she was invited to attend the Honors Endodontics Class, and was awarded the Outstanding Dental Student in Periodontics Award.

Dr. Jon Engelby, D.M.D 

Dr. Jon Engelby, DMD practices dentistry with the philosophy that prevention is the key to good dentistry. His goal as a dentist is to provide long-lasting, high quality dentistry to all of his patients.

He approaches his patients with an open ear. When a patient comes to me for their dental needs, "I try to treat them with respect and listen." Jon is not only a terrific dentist; he’s a man of integrity and loves to have fun like the rest of us.

When he’s not caring for his patients, he can be found in his boat enjoying the beautiful San Juan Islands. One of Jon’s favorite pastimes is fishing. His office in Skagit County tells the story, with pictures of Jon on the wall with his latest big catch! When asked what his biggest challenge is, he replied while chuckling, "Working with seven women." Jon would like to invite anyone looking for a great new dentist, to give him a call. A smile can last a lifetime.

Jon graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, class of 1988 (Go Aggies!).
He earned his DMD degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 2003. While there, he earned the Rose Award for outstanding patient care.

Cindy Burgess
Sedro Woolley Office Manager
Born and raised in Missoula, Montana until age 20, Cindy moved to Washington to train as a dental assistant. She attended Eaton Technical Institute in the early 90's, and graduated on the dean's list with academic achievements.

Cindy and her son spend a lot of time fishing and camping in eastern Washington. They spend time golfing, hiking and 4x4ing in their jeep. She is very passionate about watching football and following her favorite teams.

Her outstanding attitude and smiling face make her a hit in the office with patients and staff at CE Family Dental. Her warm, friendly personality makes her a great asset to our team.

Jan Popp
Sedro Woolley Dental Assistant

Jan has been in the dental field over 25 years and has been with CE Family Dental since 2006. 

Jan was born and raised in Everett and currently lives in the Arlington area with her husband Michael, who is a personal trainer in the Mt Vernon area, and their four adorable cats.

Their son Ryan, and daughter-in-law are firefighters in Pierce County, and their daughter Janelle, is a mental health Registered Nurse for the Veterans Administration in Palo Alto, CA.

She and her husband love to spend time outdoors, hiking, fishing together.  As a hobby, she enjoys her artwork and design with stain glass. 

She continues to excel in all aspects of her career and has been a terrific addition to our great team of dental professionals.

Amy Allquist, RDH
Sedro Woolley Dental Hygienist

Amy graduated from Skagit Valley Collage in 2006 and Lake Washington Technical collage in 2008 with an AAS degree in dental hygiene.

A lifelong resident of the Skagit Valley, she loves sharing with her two children everything the beautiful Northwest has to offer.

They enjoy horseback riding, camping, sporting events, and visiting their numerous friends and family in the area.

Clover “CJ” Allen
Bellingham Office Manager

CJ manages the Bellingham office. She graduated from dental assisting school in Utah and worked as a Dental assistant for over 12 years.

CJ lived in the Southwest most of her life. She and her husband and 3 children always vacationed on Vancouver Island.

She enjoys hiking and kayaking. In 2004 she and her husband decided to move to the Pacific Northwest from Tucson, AZ, and love the Bellingham area.

Nicole Giger
Bellingham Office Dental Assistant

Nicole grew up in Bellingham WA, and move to California where she finished high school and attended west coast college for her dental assisting degree.

Diane Konno
Bellingham Office Dental Hygienist

Diane has been the hygienist in the Bellingham location for over a year.  She attended the University of Washington and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene.
